Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Coordinating all activities at the designated accounts for the product group in the assigned area
• Looking after customer relations
• Realizing the most efficient way of approaching the customer
• Building relationships with (potential) customers worldwide within special applications product portfolio
• Issuing and following up on quotations
• Closing orders and collecting payments
• Monitoring relevant market developments
• Drafting, presenting, executing, and evaluating an annual sales plan for your region/accounts
• Recording all relevant account information in the appropriate resources

Responsibilities:

• Achieving the sales targets in accordance with the sales plan in terms of turnover, margin and growth
• Managing the relationships with your accounts
• Identifying relevant market and customer developments
• Generating new business leads and opportunities
• Advising customers and prospects with technical knowledge
• Managing agents and distributors
• Market Intelligence
