Job Responsibilities

· To manage all insurance covers (Local and Global) in close coordination with the broker as appointed by company. Local Insurances would mean Indian local insurances.

· To maintain a complete database / archive of all global insurance policies

· To list out covenants, warrantees, conditions of all existing policies and monitor and ensure compliance.

· Timely intimation of claim / noting of events with the Insurer.

· Co-ordinate with business for appropriate documentation post any incidence.

· Ensure that proper explanation and supporting are given to the surveyor.

· Maintenance of claim tracker.
