Location: WFH/Remote Job 

We are looking for a Quality Analyst to join our team and help with testing products to meet our organization’s quality standards.

Quality Analyst responsibilities include performing quality tests and validating test cases before products, software and systems are shipped to consumers. 

Ultimately, you will work with a small team to ensure our products meet our organization’s quality standards.

• IMonitor chat groups on Soft Skills, turn around time and check for SOP adherence and provide real time feedback 
• Monitor the client information sheet per nutritionist per week using the quality form 
• Publish weekly reports to the management 
• Share mid program feedback received from clients with the Nutritionists 
• Ensure any escalations received are closed in 48 hours by ensuring timely follow ups with the Head Nutritionists. 
• Ensure team's compliance to the SOP 
• Ensure continuous process improvement 
• Monitoring all modes of client interactions (calls, chats and emails) 
• Providing feedback to all departments to help improve customer experience 
• Analyze data and trends and publish reports weekly 
• Ensure participation in all team reviews and meetings 
• Promote the brand value and the vision of the company in all interactions 
• Ensure adherence to the 4 pillars of holistic health and maintain a healthy lifestyle and remain fit.
