Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the overall business strategy and goals.

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including advertising job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.

Oversee employee relations, including managing conflicts, addressing employee grievances, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

Develop and implement employee training and development programs.

Manage performance evaluation and management processes to evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, maintain employee records, and manage employee-related legal issues.
