Job Description:
- Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Handling Payroll & Time Office, Employee Engagement/Welfare/Training Activities, MIS etc.
- Generalist HR Profile: Majorly handling HR activities Legal Statutory Compliances and partly Administration and Recruitment.
