Job Profile:

Position will be responsible for

Sales forecasting based on customer forecasts/discussion with International Sales Head

Co-ordination with production/planning department for timely delivery of orders & with logistics team for shipment planning.

Communication with customers for delivery dates against sales orders.

Maintaining company/License documents as per requirements.

Follow-up for Payments

Preparing & maintaining MIS (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual), Data Analysis, 

Co-ordination for customer complaints with company sales field persons/Customer/QA-QC/Marketing Dept.

Co-ordination with International Sales Head/ Customer/QA for registrations.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Desired Candidates:

Any graduate + MBA/PGDM with 8-10 years of experience in Export Operations / Sales Support for Export Business, Export Documentation, Follow up with different departments and ensure the timely delivery. Experience working in Medical Device / Pharmacetical Mfg. Company is MUST.
