- Achieve sales goals / targets, compare performance to goals and adjust goals as needed.
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members
- Coach, mentor and provide feedback to team members
- Smooth coordination with operations and accounts team
Desired Candidate:
B. Tech (Civil / Mechanical) with 4+ years of experience in Sales and marketing with Pre Engineered Building / Roofing industry.
