Job Profile:

The position will be responsible for:

·        Co-ordination between suppliers and pharma Design Coordinator, including attending all questions raised from either of the parties and sending final layouts to all suppliers by email or CD as appropriate ensuring timely delivery.

·        Coordinate all translations including maintaining and updating translation masters.

·        Maintain complete files for all communication related to layouts (hardcopies, e-mails, and electronic layout files).

·        Coordinate and follow up with suppliers to meet deadlines in layout requests and requirements for samples.

·        Coordinate and proof-read all layouts with particular focus on assuring that all requirements are complied with.

Desired Candidate:

Graduate in any field, Degree/Diploma in Design or fine arts preferred with 5+ years experience from an international pharmaceutical company and medical devices packaging material/design.
