1. Handing & Taking over of Shift activities. 2. Allocation of work to electricians, Plumber & A/c technician. 3. Daily briefing with maintenance team for status of men & equipments in shift. 4. Take round & check the running status of all equipments. 5. Checking of maintenance team working as per schedule, & allocation of work as per priority. 6. Daily checking of maintenance complaints call log book, any pending work, Vendor complaint log book 7. Update & preparation of Daily report on Maintenance link. 8. Update maintenance- link of work status for complaints, problems & issues. 9. Co-ordination with vendors for AMC servicing, vendor related complaints. 10. Escalation to Technical Manager & Facility Manager for any breakdown /Incident. 11. Follow up of PPM Schedule for equipments. 12. Making & forwarding of monthly shift schedule. 13. Updating of Daily /monthly power consumption readings for MMR preparation, MSEB/DG bill verification. 14. No changes prior EHS co –coordinators approval, in any maintenance formats for various updating parameter 15. Safety precautions as per laid down work instructions & company policy. 16. Use of proper tools & PPE were ever necessary. 17. Work permit procedure to be strictly followed for all vendors working in the premises.
