• ITIL Certification demonstrating a strong understanding of IT service management practices and methodologies.
• Microsoft Azure Certification, showcasing deep knowledge and skills in Azure services and solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve system and network issues promptly.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in scripting and automation using tools such as PowerShell to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Deep understanding of cloud security best practices to safeguard company data and infrastructure against threats.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Microsoft Azure environments, including configuring virtual machines, networking, and storage resources.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability of cloud services.
• Implement and manage security policies and procedures to secure cloud resources and data.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell for efficient cloud management.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications in the cloud.
• Optimizing cloud resources to ensure cost-efficiency while maintaining performance and reliability standards.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and guidelines for incident, problem, and change management.
