Reporting to : Director ( Sales and Marketing)
Location : Pune,Kharadi Maharashtra
1. Main Tasks :
i. Start Nurture and develop relationship with Sales Partners and explain to them the benefits of our cloud
based Labour Law Compliance System.
ii. Make Business Offer based to leads generated through Channel Sales Partners.
iii. Negotiate and close new business.
iv. Handover new business to the operation and accounts team.
v. Help in invoicing/collection issues with collection team with new customers.
vi. Help in getting data issues with operation team from newly onboarded customers.
vii. Manage escalations from Customers.
viii. Manage Pay-outs to Channel Partners.
2. Key Result Area (KRA) :
i. Own up the total number of Channel Sales Partner Additions.
ii. Own up targeted lead generation rate in sales funnel through Partners.
iii. Own up conversion rate. ( Percentage of qualified leads that gets converted to customers.)
iv. Own up overall monthly sales and one time sales targets.
3. Working Interfaces :
i. Channel Sales Partners 1(i).
ii. Prospects for doing 1(ii,iii).
iii. Director (sales and marketing), for setting KRA settings and monitoring.
iv. Marketing Team for leads.
v. Existing Customers and internal Employees for doing 1(iv, v, vi).
vi. Employees and Directors for doing 1(vii).
4. Skill set requirement :
i. A pleasing and warm personality.
ii. Keen listener.
iii. An effective communicator in Hindi, English and Marathi.
iv. Ability to focus on end result without getting distracted by superfluous information and issues.
v. Ability to build relationships Channel Sales Partner.
vi. Ready to travel extensively to meet channel partners and prospects.
vii. Understand the criticality of issues raised by prospects, customers or Channel Partners.
5. Experience and Education :
i. 4 to 5 years of experience in Channel Partnership Sales.
ii. Is a graduate from good college and is fluent with Mailing/ Excel/ Ms Word/ PPT platform.
iii. Has a fair understanding of HR Compliances.
6. Training Needs (Internal after onboarding the candidate) :
i. Introduction with Directors , Key Employees and Sales Marketing Team. ( 1 day)
ii. Understanding his/her KRA Matrix, Documentation Framework, Doubt Clearance ( 1 day)
iii. Process Flow at ComplianceTrack, Customer Addition, Configuration, Working, Reports etc. (2 days)
iv. Sales Framework at ComplianceTrack, Lead Generation, Positioning, Brochures, PPT, Offer etc, (2 days,
OJT ).
