Key Responsibilities:

• Meet daily targets:
• Participate in a 30-day intensive training program, starting with 7 days of classroom-based
• foundational training, followed by hands-on, practical experience.
• Conduct 20 telephonic interviews daily for the 1st round.
• Profile at least 20 eligible candidates per day.
• Ensure 2 second-round interviews are conducted daily.
• Achieve hiring goals during OJT to fast-track your career into a managerial role.
• Manage and optimize business development strategies while maintaining high standards of
• performance.

Career Growth Opportunities:

• After completing OJT, rapid promotion to Business Development Manager (BDM) is available
• based on performance i.e. completing 6 hires during OJT.
• Hiring Incentive: Earn ₹2,500 for each successful hire during the OJT period.
• Earn 20%-25% salary increases every 3 months upon meeting promotion criteria.
• Continue working as a BDA and complete 6 hires for three consecutive months to be directly
• promoted to BDM.
• Opportunity to lead your own team upon promotion to managerial roles.

Compensation:

• OJT Stipend: ₹15,000 + 2,500 upon successful completion of the 30-day training program.
• Post-OJT CTC: Competitive package ranging from ₹7 LPA (₹4 LPA Fixed + ₹3 LPA Variable) to
• ₹8 LPA (₹5 LPA Fixed + ₹3 LPA Variable).
• Performance-based salary hikes: Opportunities for rapid salary increments based on hiring
• performance, up to ₹9 LPA with a leadership role.
• Flexible work-from-home schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM, with additional
• working days at the end of each month.
