About the Company:

TWOSS Learning is an EdTech sales aggregator committed to transforming education and career growth through mentorship and training.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Complete a 30-day On-the-Job Training (OJT) program with classroom sessions and hands-on projects.

2. Develop communication, negotiation, and market research skills.

3. Achieve one successful sales during OJT to qualify for the BDA + HR role.

4. Conduct candidate profiling and interviews.

Eligibility Criteria:

Degree from a UGC-recognized institution.

Strong commitment to the program.

PAN Card, Aadhaar, and bank statement are required for application.

Compensation and Growth:

OJT(On the Job Training )Stipend: ₹20,000 and 5000 as incentive on each hiring and mandatory to hire only 1 candidate during training period

First EMI will be paid by the company and later deducted from your stipend.

Work Environment:

Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
