Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in talent acquisition processes, including posting job ads, conducting interviews, and performing background checks.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems that align with organizational goals.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve employee performance and organizational culture.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and ensure all HR activities are in line with company policies.
- Manage employee records on HRIS, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
- Address employee complaints or conflicts, facilitating resolutions and promoting a positive workplace environment.
- Assist in designing and implementing performance management systems to align employee objectives with organizational goals.
- Participate in the review and administration of employee compensation and benefits packages.
