Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct recruitment activities, including job postings and candidate screenings
• Oversee employee onboarding and training programs
• Maintain personnel records and update HR systems
• Assist in developing HR policies and procedures
• Facilitate communication between employees and management

Additional Information

• Location: Remote / Work From Home
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Compensation: 7 LPA (Fixed 4 LPA, Variable 3 LPA)
