Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at TWOSS Learning Private Limited. This mid-level position is a full-time, remote opportunity based in Noida. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our reach within the education industry.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM to efficiently manage and analyze customer interactions and data (Mandatory skill).
  • Experienced in market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends (Mandatory skill).
  • Skilled in lead generation to develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients (Mandatory skill).
  • Familiarity with HubSpot for managing client relationships and marketing automation.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets, analyze data, and manage information effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals and create mutual value for customers and the company.
  • Proficiency in cold calling to engage and convert prospects into valuable business relationships.
  • Experience in B2B sales to develop client portfolios and enhance business opportunities within corporate sectors.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Leverage Salesforce CRM to manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Initiate and execute strategic sales plans to meet business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Conduct cold calls and follow up on leads to secure new client engagements and partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development goals with organizational objectives.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to increase brand visibility and gain market insights.
  • Regularly update sales activities and achievements to senior management for strategic decision-making.


SALARY

33K-42K + INCENTIVES
