Job Overview

The Business Development Executive role at TWOSS Learning is designed for individuals passionate about developing their skills in communication, negotiation, and market research. This position includes a comprehensive 30-day On-the-Job Training (OJT) program with both classroom sessions and hands-on projects.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree from a UGC-recognized institution.
• Strong commitment to the program.
• PAN Card, Aadhaar, and bank statement are required for application.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Complete a 30-day On-the-Job Training (OJT) program with classroom sessions and hands-on projects.
2. Develop communication, negotiation, and market research skills.
3. Achieve one successful sale during OJT to qualify for the BDA + HR role.
4. Conduct candidate profiling and interviews.

Compensation and Growth

OJT Stipend: ₹20,000 and additional ₹5,000 incentive for each successful hiring, with a mandatory requirement to hire at least one candidate during the training period. The first EMI will be paid by the company and later deducted from your stipend.

Work Environment

This position is work from home, adhering to a Monday to Friday schedule, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
