Eligibility:

-We prefer only those candidates who want to do MBA or any degree along with the JOB.

-Bachelor’s degree (MBA holders or those pursuing an MBA are not eligible).

-Minimum Experience: 6 months (Freshers with good communication skills can apply).

-Immediate joiners.

Responsibilities:

HR & Sales activities including communication, profiling , emailing, recruiting and lead management.

CTC:

OJT Stipend - ₹15,000 for 30 days (first month training period) + ₹2500 Incentive per Hiring.

After OJT - ₹5 LPA to ₹7 LPA (Fixed) + 3LPA (Variable)

Work Schedule: Timing - 11 AM to 8 PM (Monday to Friday)

Weekly Off - Weekend (Saturdays & Sundays)
