Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior-level Business Development Associate for a full-time, remote position at TWOSS Learning Private Limited. The role is open for candidates located in Noida, Delhi, Mumbai, Faridabad, Jaipur, Rohtak, and Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of work experience, bringing a fresh perspective and energy to drive business growth in the education sector.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency with CRM software to effectively manage and analyze customer interactions and data (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in lead generation, identifying and developing new business opportunities (Mandatory skill).
  • Ability to pitch products and services to potential clients in a compelling manner (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong negotiation skills to ensure favorable outcomes and close deals effectively.
  • Excellent market analysis skills to identify trends and competitive positioning.
  • Experience in B2B sales, building and maintaining successful business relationships.
  • Exceptional networking skills, able to build and maintain a professional network in the education industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the education sector through strategic research and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop tailored business development strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to develop and implement growth strategies.
  • Manage client databases and ensure accurate documentation of all customer data in CRM software.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and pitches to potential clients to secure new business.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Salary

33k-42k + Incentives
