Job Overview

We are hiring for the roles of Business Development Associate (BDA) and Senior Business Development Associate (Senior BDA), with competitive compensation packages ranging from 5 to 7 LPA CTC plus up to 3 LPA variable. These positions are remote, with a 5-day work week (Saturday and Sunday off).

The company highly prefers candidates who are pursuing or wish to pursue a Bachelor's, Master's, or MBA degree alongside their job commitment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduation in any stream.
• Eligibility includes candidates who have passed at least 12th grade or completed their Bachelor's degree.
• A candidate or one of their family members must have a CIBIL score of more than 700.
• Willingness to pursue a Bachelor's, Master's, or MBA through the company's financial assistance program.
• Prepared to undergo a one-month On-the-Job Training (OJT) period with a stipend of 20,000 INR.
