We are offering an exciting opportunity for both graduates and undergraduates who are ready to enroll in MBA, MCA, MSC, or BBA integrated courses. We are seeking a Business Development Associate (BDA) to help recruit individuals who are ready to enroll in MBA, MCA, MSC, or BBA integrated courses. Your role will involve identifying and hiring students who are interested in these programs and assisting them with securing student loans to finance their education. Enrollment in one of the mentioned courses is a mandatory requirement for this position.

*Salary*:  

- Fixed salary: ₹4 LPA to ₹6 LPA (based on training performance)  

- Variable component: ₹3 LPA  

*Training*:  

One-month training program provided to prepare for the role.
