Job Overview

We are seeking a Business Development professional for a remote entry-level position located in Chennai, Coimbatore, Bengaluru, and Aluva. The ideal candidate should have 0 to 1 year of work experience and will be instrumental in driving our education initiatives forward. This position is perfect for freshers eager to enter the business development arena and make a tangible impact in the EdTech industry.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in CRM software to efficiently manage and analyze customer interactions and improve business relationships.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce for effective handling of customer service operations and data analytics.
  • Strong aptitude in business analytics to effectively use quantitative analysis for solving business problems.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to successfully navigate and close business deals that meet company objectives.
  • Ability to generate leads by identifying potential consumers, understanding their needs, and influencing them to engage with our products.
  • Proven expertise in market research to evaluate industry trends and formulate strategies to improve company performance.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tactics to enhance brand visibility and drive more customers to our platform.
  • Strength in account management to maintain and grow strong, sustainable relationships with existing clients.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and industry knowledge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners and continuously assess market trends and customer needs.
  • Engage in lead generation activities to initiate contact with prospective clients and build a robust pipeline.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals that meet client needs and objectives.
