• Proficiency in sales techniques and successful business development strategies.
• Strong time management skills to balance work responsibilities and MBA studies.
• Experience in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Participate in a 30-day intensive on-the-job training program, including:
• 7 days of classroom training focusing on foundational skills.
• 23 days of hands-on practical experience.
• Work towards achieving performance-based rewards and career growth opportunities.
• Engage in daily client interactions, with a minimum of 2 hours talk time and conducting demos or virtual interviews.
• Collaborate with team members in a flexible work-from-home environment.
• Utilize innovative technology-driven workflows, including state-of-the-art communication tools and analytics.
