Roles and Responsibilities:

Business Development Associate (BDA): Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.

Build and maintain relationships with potential clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions based on client needs. Handle customer queries, follow up on sales, and close deals.

Senior Business Development Associate (Sr BDA): Lead the business development efforts with a focus on strategy and growth. Manage key accounts and oversee the BDA team to meet sales goals.

Drive business partnerships and identify new revenue streams. Create and present proposals to high-value clients. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Salary Structure:

BDA: Up to ₹4 LPA fixed + ₹3 LPA variable (performance-based)

Senior BDA: Up to ₹5 LPA fixed + ₹3 LPA variable (performance-based)
