Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The role involves strategizing and executing influencer marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility, drive engagement, and build strong partnerships with influencers across different platforms. You will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing relationships with influencers to support our overall marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Influencer Identification & Outreach:
- Research and identify relevant influencers (macro, micro, and nano) across social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat etc.) that align with the brand’s image and target audience.
- Build and maintain a network of influencers by establishing long-term relationships.
- Conduct outreach, negotiate collaborations, and manage influencer contracts.
- Campaign Development & Management:
- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns in line with the company’s marketing goals and objectives.
- Brief influencers on campaign deliverables, timelines, and expectations, ensuring brand guidelines are followed.
- Track campaign performance and analyze the effectiveness of influencer collaborations.
- Content Strategy & Coordination:
- Collaborate with influencers and internal teams to generate authentic, engaging content (photos, videos, stories, etc.) for various social media platforms.
- Ensure influencer content resonates with the brand’s tone and message, while driving engagement and ROI.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze influencer marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs), such as engagement rates, conversions, impressions, etc.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights to the marketing team.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the influencer marketing budget, ensuring all collaborations and campaigns remain within budget while maximizing ROI.
- Stay Updated with Trends:
- Keep up with social media trends, influencer landscape changes, and new platforms to stay ahead of the curve in influencer marketing strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Twitter, etc.) and influencer marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics.
- Creativity and a passion for influencer marketing and social media trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
