Job Overview
We are looking for an E-Commerce Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of PPC campaigns, sales optimization, and data-driven marketing strategies to maximize sales and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
1. Advertising & Campaign Management
•Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads (PPC), Flipkart Ads, and other marketplace advertising campaigns.
•Manage and improve bidding strategies, keyword targeting, and ad placements for better performance.
•Track and analyze ACOS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, and other key metrics to enhance ad efficiency.
2. Sales Growth & Strategy
• Plan and implement discounts, promotions, and seasonal campaigns to boost sales and visibility.
• Monitor competitor strategies and adjust pricing and ads accordingly.
• Work on marketplace-specific strategies to improve product rankings and conversions.
3. Listing Optimization & SEO
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and images for better organic traffic and conversions.
• Use keyword research and SEO techniques to improve product discoverability.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting
• Track and analyze sales trends, ad performance, and customer behavior to make data-driven decisions.
• Generate reports on advertising performance, spend vs. revenue, and campaign effectiveness.
5. Account Management & Compliance
• Ensure marketplace policies and guidelines are followed for ad approvals and account health.
• Resolve issues related to ad disapprovals, policy violations, and account suspensions.
Requirements
- 4 to 5 years of experience in E-commerce performance marketing on Amazon, Flipkart, or similar platforms.
- Strong expertise in Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, and performance marketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with ad budget management, keyword optimization, and bid strategies.
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns efficiently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Google Analytics, Helium 10, or other e-commerce analytics tools.
- Knowledge of Facebook & Google Ads for e-commerce (optional but preferred).
- Understanding of SEO for marketplace listings.
