Qualifications and Skills
- Solid experience in WebRTC development and implementation, with proficiency in WebSocket, Trun Server, and Stun Server.
- Deep understanding of Internet Protocol Suite (TCP/IP) and its application in WebRTC solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and quality delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement WebRTC solutions for digital customer journeys over messaging channels like WhatsApp, FB Messenger, and more.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement through WebRTC technology and intelligent automation.
- Troubleshoot and optimize WebRTC functionalities to ensure seamless end-to-end fulfilment of business transactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in WebRTC technology to drive innovation within the company.
