Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Web RTC Developer to join our team at Twixor. As a Web RTC Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing real-time communication solutions using WebRTC technology. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy secure and scalable WebRTC applications. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India and is a full-time opportunity.

Qualifications and Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience in developing WebRTC applications
• Strong proficiency in WebRTC technology
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js
• Knowledge of audio and video codecs
• Understanding of real-time communication protocols (e.g., SIP, WebSocket)
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain WebRTC applications and libraries
• Implement real-time communication features such as audio/video calls, chat messaging, and screen sharing
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define and implement the WebRTC solution architecture
• Optimize WebRTC applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Troubleshoot and debug issues related to WebRTC functionality and performance
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in WebRTC technology and best practices
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools
