Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Tech Lead to join our fast-paced team in Chennai. As a Mid-Level professional, you will play a pivotal role in leading technical initiatives that drive our mission of fostering accelerated digital transformation. This is a Full-Time position that demands a passionate individual with strong technical and leadership skills to guide and optimize our development processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Java, MYSQL SQL and Database DB, and JavaScript (Mandatory skill) to handle backend and frontend development effectively.
• Proven team leadership skills to mentor team members and ensure project alignment with organizational goals while fostering a collaborative environment.
• Project management expertise to plan, execute, and oversee projects efficiently, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Experience in code review to maintain code quality, ensure adherence to best practices, and optimize system performance across the development team.
• Quality assurance experience to implement testing procedures and ensure product functionalities meet the required specification and standards.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Tech Lead role, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and organizational objectives effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address complex challenges swiftly, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing projects.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams, conveying technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the software development team, providing guidance and mentoring to drive technical excellence and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables to maintain progress momentum and meet client expectations effectively.
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and scalable code that aligns with industry standards.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate technical specifications into functional requirements and actionable tasks.
• Implement and enforce quality assurance protocols, including test plans, to ensure product reliability and performance consistency.
• Facilitate seamless communication within the team and across departments to enhance workflow efficiency and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks to prevent potential issues and ensure successful project completions.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and integrate innovative solutions to enhance our technical capabilities continually.
