Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team at Twixor. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to drive efficiency and productivity. This role will be based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India and will be a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proven experience in process improvement and change management
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools
• Proficiency in business analysis software and tools
• Experience in the IT services or consulting industry is a plus
• Should have experience in restful API.
• Should have experience in Client handling.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes and requirements.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide strategic insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business solutions
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis
• Monitor and evaluate implemented solutions to ensure effectiveness
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis
