Job Overview
Twixor is seeking a Junior IVR Developer to join our dynamic team in Chennai. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and design intelligent voice response systems that enhance customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust IVR solutions across various platforms, contributing to our mission of digital transformation.
Qualifications and Skills
- Solid understanding of VXML, Cisco UCCE, and Asterisk (PBX) (Mandatory skill) for developing and managing interactive voice response systems.
- Proficiency in CCXML is essential for handling complex call control procedures and enhancing calls.
- Experience with Genesys solutions is required to deliver seamless omnichannel customer interactions.
- Nuance experience is crucial for integrating advanced speech recognition technologies into IVR systems.
- Competence in API Integration to interact with multiple data sources and service providers efficiently.
- Proficient in JavaScript, used to script applications and create interactive communication environments.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced IT consulting environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills to debug, enhance, and deploy resilient IVR applications effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and implement IVR applications using mandatory technologies like VXML and Cisco UCCE.
- Integrate speech recognition and synthesis systems utilizing your knowledge of Nuance.
- Create robust call flows by leveraging CCXML to enhance user experience and call efficiency.
- Develop and maintain API integrations for smooth communication with external platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored IVR solutions.
- Ensure the IVR systems' reliability and scalability by following best practices in development.
Work Location: Chennai
Notice Period: Below 30 days
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to gather feedback and refine IVR functionalities.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in IVR technology and integrate them to improve current systems.
