Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer Tech Lead to join our Bangalore office on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess a maximum of 10 years of relevant experience and play a pivotal role in architecting and delivering robust applications that power Twixor’s intelligent business process automation across industries. Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience in Java (Mandatory skill) with proven track record of developing scalable server-side solutions in enterprise environments.
• Expertise in React (Mandatory skill) for crafting dynamic, high-performance user interfaces that deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Advanced JavaScript (Mandatory skill) skills for building and maintaining responsive full stack solutions with modern frameworks.
• Strong foundational knowledge and hands-on experience in REST APIs to facilitate seamless integration with various services and platforms.
• Proficiency in designing, deploying, and maintaining microservices architectures to ensure modularity, reliability, and scalability of applications.
• Solid experience working with cloud architecture to deploy, monitor, and optimize application infrastructure on cloud platforms.
• In-depth understanding of agile methodologies, including sprint planning, code reviews, and collaborative workflows in team contexts.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of developers, providing technical guidance while ensuring project alignment with business goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications utilizing Java, React, and JavaScript, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions supporting digital process automation.
• Architect, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices, emphasizing security, efficiency, and seamless integration with messaging channels.
• Drive adoption of modern cloud architectures, facilitating robust deployments that support high availability and rapid scaling across global markets.
• Champion agile development practices, mentoring team members, conducting code reviews, and fostering a collaborative and innovative engineering environment.
• Analyze and solve complex technical challenges, proactively identifying areas for improvement in performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Oversee delivery timelines, ensure quality standards, and manage dependencies to achieve successful project outcomes aligned with company objectives.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, integrating relevant advancements to strengthen Twixor’s technology platform and client offerings.
