Job Overview
Twixor is looking for a capable Enterprise Global Sales Manager to join our team. Based out of Bangalore or Chennai, this full-time mid-level position demands a minimum of 4 years of work experience. The role focuses on driving sales across our wide-ranging customer engagement and automation solutions globally. Candidates will spearhead efforts in leveraging our AI-driven services and CCaaS offerings to foster customer loyalty and enhance revenue streams. The Enterprise Global Sales Manager is also pivotal in partner acquisition, focusing on identifying and establishing strategic partnerships as well as partner selling. This entails formulating enterprise communication strategies specifically for SaaS IT products to facilitate organizational growth and market expansion. Experience in enterprise sales and omnichannel communication is essential to optimize customer journeys and align with business objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in CCaaS solutions product global sales with proven results in pipeline growth and conversion efficiencies (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in CX automation platforms enterprise global sales with a track record of successful strategy execution (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in AI-driven solutions to enhance business outcomes and streamline customer interactions (Mandatory skill).
- Adept in developing enterprise communication strategies that resonate across various industry verticals and customer profiles.
- Experience in partner acquisition enterprise, demonstrating ability to identify and establish strategic partnerships for sustainable growth.
- Proven ability in partner selling enterprise, understanding market dynamics, and building successful co-selling models with partners.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead global sales efforts for Twixor's AI-driven solutions and CCaaS offerings, delivering on revenue targets and expanding market footprint.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to enhance customer acquisition and engagement across Twixor's messaging platforms.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with their customer journey and automation needs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless integration of Twixor's solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas to drive growth and strengthen Twixor's market position worldwide.
- Manage and develop partnerships with technology providers to enhance Twixor's product offerings and value propositions.
- Represent Twixor at industry events and networking sessions to build brand visibility and engage with potential clients and partners.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and product development.
