Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Enterprise Sales Manager to join our mid-level team at Twixor. This full-time position is based in either Bangalore or Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in enterprise sales and a strong background in managing customer engagement solutions. As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will leverage omnichannel communication strategies to drive sales and enhance customer experiences.
Qualifications and Skills
- Solid understanding and experience in omnichannel communication enterprise sales (Mandatory skill).
- Proven expertise in CX automation platforms and enterprise global sales (Mandatory skill).
- Strong partner selling skills within the enterprise domain (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing successful enterprise B2B sales strategies.
- Experience in partner acquisition and management within an enterprise setting.
- Knowledgeable in CCaaS solutions and their applications in enterprise global sales.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise sales growth by leveraging omnichannel communication strategies efficiently.
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B sales strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- Manage CX automation platform engagements, ensuring seamless client onboarding and integration.
- Foster strong relationships with key partners to enhance partner selling capabilities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer engagement solutions.
- Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for business development and expansion.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and progress reports to senior management.
- Continuously assess and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
