Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Enterprise Sales Manager for Twixor, a mid-level position based in Bangalore or Chennai. This is a full-time role, ideal for candidates with at least 4 years of experience. The role involves driving enterprise sales through omnichannel communication and CX automation platforms, catering to a global clientele. The manager will be responsible for partner selling and expanding the customer base across various industries.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in omnichannel communication enterprise sales, ensuring seamless integration across different platforms. (Mandatory skill)
- Proficient in CX automation platforms, optimizing customer interactions to enhance satisfaction and engagement. (Mandatory skill)
- Proven track record in enterprise global sales, especially in dealing with large corporate clients. (Mandatory skill)
- Strong expertise in partner selling within the enterprise sector, fostering long-term relationships and collaborations. (Mandatory skill)
- Experience with CCaaS solutions, ensuring effective communication-as-a-service deployment for enterprises.
- Skilled in partner acquisition, identifying and nurturing potential partners to expand market reach.
- Demonstrated ability in B2B enterprise global sales, driving significant revenue growth through strategic selling.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, building rapport and closing deals with diverse stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive enterprise sales growth across various industries.
- Manage and build strong relationships with existing and potential enterprise clients to achieve sales targets.
