Job Overview
This is a mid-level, full-time role based in Bangalore Urban. The Enterprise Global Sales Manager will play a crucial role in advancing Twixor's mission by developing strategic partnerships and sales opportunities globally. The ideal candidate should bring a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably within IT services, with a focus on CX automation platforms, CCaaS solutions, and omnichannel communication enterprise sales.

- Proficiency in Enterprise Global Sales related to CCaaS solutions and their relevance to increasing enterprise value.
- Ability to lead partner acquisition efforts, growing the business network and creating substantial business value.
- Expertise in partner selling strategies that align with corporate objectives and drive shared success.
- B2B enterprise global sales experience is essential, especially in extending technological solutions to enhance business outcomes.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Forge and nurture strategic partnerships to enhance Twixor's market reach and influence in target sectors.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for omnichannel communication platforms, driving sales growth and meeting revenue targets.
- Collaborate with international teams to ensure cultural considerations enrich customer and partner interactions.
- Lead initiatives that integrate Twixor's solutions with enterprise clients' business strategies, ensuring value delivery.
- Engage with potential partners to expand the company’s network, negotiating agreements that benefit all parties.
- Provide expert guidance on CX automation platforms and their deployment in client environments to elevate customer experience.
- Oversee the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting and presentations to negotiations and closing deals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends to proactively identify new business opportunities for Twixor's solutions worldwide.
Work Location: Bangalore and Chennai
