Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Global Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a senior-level, full-time position based in Bangalore or Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in global sales, with expertise in handling SaaS IT products and solutions related to customer experience and AI conversational capabilities. Join us to drive global business development and enhance omni-channel sales strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
- SaaS IT Product Sales (Mandatory skill) with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- AI Conversational IT Sales (Mandatory skill), demonstrating an in-depth understanding of AI tools and customer engagement solutions.
- CX Automation Global Sales (Mandatory skill) with experience in leveraging customer experience tools to drive sales growth and loyalty.
- Market Analysis skills to identify market trends and opportunities, enhancing the company's competitive edge.
- Sales Forecasting expertise to create accurate forecasts, ensuring alignment with company goals and financial targets.
- Global Business Development proficiency, driving expansion and establishing a strong international presence.
- Omni-channel Enterprise Global Sales capability, integrating various sales channels for unified global strategies.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build strong client relationships and drive successful sales outcomes.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage enterprise global sales efforts, driving growth in new and existing markets.
