Job Overview
The Enterprise Global Sales Manager at Twixor will be a senior-level position based in Bangalore. This full-time role requires a seasoned professional with 7 to 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will drive our global sales initiatives, focusing on expanding our client base and increasing revenue through strategic planning and execution, particularly in IT product sales and conversational AI within the telecom sector.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience with a maximum of 10 years in enterprise sales roles.
- Proven expertise in Global Business Development with a successful track record in international markets. (Mandatory skill)
- Significant experience in SaaS IT Product Sales, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets. (Mandatory skill)
- Proficiency with conversational AI solutions, specifically in the telecom sector. (Mandatory skill)
- Exceptional ability in strategic planning to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
- Strong sales management skills with the capability to drive high-performance sales teams.
- Proven relationship-building skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Experience in team leadership, fostering innovation, efficiency, and collaboration.
- Familiarity with conversational AI chatbots within the telecom industry enhancing engagement.
