Job Overview

We are seeking an Enterprise Global Sales Manager for Twixor, to be based in Bangalore. This full-time senior position requires 7 to 10 years of experience. The role involves driving sales strategy, managing global markets, and leading a team to achieve business development goals. The successful candidate will bring extensive SaaS IT product sales experience and demonstrate skills in strategic planning and B2B global sales.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales management, specially in global markets, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of diverse market dynamics.
  • Proven track record in formulating and executing successful sales strategies that drive revenue growth within the IT services sector.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills to close high-value deals and foster relationships with Fortune 500 companies and other clients.
  • Strong team leadership capabilities to inspire and guide a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Demonstrated experience in business development, acquiring new clients while deepening engagement with existing ones.
  • Strategic planning proficiency to analyze market trends, foresee challenges, and pivot strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Knowledge and experience in SaaS IT product sales, understanding product features, customer application, and competitive advantage.
  • Expertise in B2B global sales, identifying, nurturing, and converting leads into long-term valuable clients across international markets.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy a strong sales strategy to increase Twixor's footprint across global markets and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance sales team capable of meeting ambitious sales targets and expanding the client base.
  • Sustain and grow relationships with existing high-value clients, while successfully acquiring new clientele from various industries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor Twixor's solutions to meet specific client needs and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Leverage global market knowledge to identify new business opportunities and potential markets for Twixor's digital solutions.
  • Ensure effective negotiation of contracts and close deals that align with Twixor's strategic objectives and revenue goals.
  • Utilize strategic planning skills to monitor industry trends, foresee changes, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Regularly report on sales performance metrics and forecasts to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
