Job Overview
We are seeking an Enterprise Global Sales Manager for our Bangalore office to drive our global sales initiatives. This full-time senior position requires 7 to 10 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will strategize and implement sales plans to expand our presence in the IT services sector, focusing on SaaS and IT product sales. You will serve as the crucial link between Twixor and potential clients, driving growth in global markets.

- Extensive experience in strategic planning with a proven track record in global sales management, ensuring alignment with business goals and market dynamics.
- Strong negotiation skills to manage complex deals and collaborations, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and partners.
- Proven ability in sales forecasting, accurately predicting sales performance to guide strategic decisions and drive business growth.
- Expertise in team leadership, encouraging and developing high-performing teams to achieve organizational objectives.
- Solid background in global business development, expanding company presence and ventures across various international markets.
- Successful track record in SaaS sales, demonstrating effectiveness in handling software as a service model to drive business value.
- Proficient in B2B sales, specializing in establishing long-term client relationships and executing large-scale business solutions.
- Strong understanding and experience in IT product sales, leveraging knowledge of industry trends to satisfy customer needs and close sales.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities by leveraging existing relationships and identifying new prospects.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, establishing standards for performance and growth in line with company objectives.
- Manage key client relationships and negotiate and close complex deals to maximize company profit and market share.
- Stay informed about global market trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business offerings and drive consistent messaging.
- Ensure all sales operations comply with company policies and ethical standards, maintaining professionalism in all dealings.
- Report on sales metrics and results, providing insights to upper management to guide strategic decisions and adjustments.
