Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Data Analyst / Data Visualization Specialist to join our team at Twixor. As a Data Analytics / Data Visualization role, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to help drive key business decisions. You will also be responsible for designing and creating visualizations and reports that effectively communicate insights to internal stakeholders and clients. This is a mid-level position, requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The job is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in data analysis, data visualization, or a similar role
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• Strong knowledge of statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms
• Experience in SQL and database management
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Design and create visualizations and reports to communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders and clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and define key metrics
• Develop and maintain data models and databases to ensure data accuracy and availability
• Apply statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to analyze and predict business outcomes
• Identify and recommend strategies to optimize data collection, storage, and analysis processes
• Stay updated with the latest data analytics and visualization tools and technologies
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and clients in a clear and concise manner
