- Knowledge of messaging platforms like WhatsApp, FB Messenger, Telegram, etc.
- Experience in orchestrating digital customer journeys with automation tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with clients and internal teams
- Ability to identify opportunities for hyper-personalization and customer experience enhancements
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide client support and solutions over messaging channels like WhatsApp, FB Messenger, etc.
- Orchestrate end-to-end fulfillment via digital customer journeys with intelligent automation
- Collaborate with clients to define menu-driven flows, intent-driven communications, and dynamic rich cards for hyper-personalization
- Ensure seamless transfer to live agents when human intervention is required for customer support
- Participate in customer acquisition and engagement projects for enhanced user experience
Notice period :30 days or immediate is first preferred.
