Qualifications and Skills


  • 2-6 years of experience in client support and solutions within the IT Services or IT Consulting industry
  • Knowledge of messaging platforms like WhatsApp, FB Messenger, Telegram, etc.
  • Experience in orchestrating digital customer journeys with automation tools
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to identify opportunities for hyper-personalization and customer experience enhancements


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Provide client support and solutions over messaging channels like WhatsApp, FB Messenger, etc.
  • Orchestrate end-to-end fulfillment via digital customer journeys with intelligent automation
  • Collaborate with clients to define menu-driven flows, intent-driven communications, and dynamic rich cards for hyper-personalization
  • Ensure seamless transfer to live agents when human intervention is required for customer support
  • Participate in customer acquisition and engagement projects for enhanced user experience



Notice period :30 days or immediate is first preferred.

Work Location: Bangalore (Onsite)
