Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Chatbot Developer Designer for a full-time position at our Chennai office. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience and will be responsible for developing and managing chatbots for our clients. The role requires a strong understanding of both conversational design and technical integrations to create seamless user experiences.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Dialogflow (Mandatory skill) for creating conversational interfaces and handling interactive sessions.
• Experience with Chatbot Analytics (Mandatory skill) to monitor performance and enhance conversational strategies.
• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing to understand and process user inputs accurately, improving interaction quality.
• Skillful in API Integration for connecting chatbots with various software applications, enhancing functionality and data flow.
• Ability in Conversational Design, creating intuitive dialogue flows that guide users effectively through tasks and queries.
• Familiarity with Microsoft bot framework for building and deploying intelligent chatbots across multiple platforms.
• Experience with any Chatbots developer tools to optimize and tailor solutions for diverse business needs and user groups.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and manage conversational flows using Dialogflow and other chatbot development tools.
• Conduct thorough analytics on chatbot interactions to enhance performance and user satisfaction.
• Integrate third-party APIs to ensure chatbots can access necessary data and functionalities for users' requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine chatbot conversational design that aligns with business objectives.
• Maintain and update bot frameworks to incorporate the latest trends and technologies in AI and NLP.
• Perform regular troubleshooting and debugging to resolve issues and improve bot efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure comprehensive testing of chatbots before deployment to guarantee smooth functionality and user interaction.
• Actively engage in knowledge sharing and documentation to promote continual learning and improvement within the team.
