Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Chatbot Developer Designer to join our team in Chennai on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience. You will play a key role in developing sophisticated chatbot solutions to improve customer engagement and experiences over multiple messaging channels.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in conversational design, creating intuitive and helpful chatbot interactions that lead to positive user experiences.
- Familiarity with chatbot development platforms, enabling the creation and management of efficient bot solutions for various applications.
- Demonstrated skills in data analysis to interpret user interactions and improve chatbot functionality and user satisfaction.
- Experience with chatbot development, ensuring bots are engaging and provide value-added services across customer interaction points.
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Bot Framework to build, test, and deploy chatbots efficiently and effectively.
- Understanding of dialogue flow bot design to create natural language processing (NLP) based communication paths for user engagement.
- Capability to think like a relevant bot developer, anticipating user needs, potential issues, and incorporating feedback loops for continual improvement.
- Must have problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives and projects.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and develop chatbots that provide comprehensive solutions for enterprise clients within various messaging channels.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate these into effective chatbot functionalities.
- Utilize conversational design principles to craft engaging and user-friendly communication flows in chatbots.
- Employ data analysis to continuously refine and optimize chatbot performance and user satisfaction.
- Implement AI and NLP techniques to ensure chatbots deliver accurate and context-relevant responses to users.
- Conduct regular testing and troubleshooting to maintain high performance and efficiency of chatbots.
- Work under the guidance of senior developers to learn and apply the latest developments and trends in chatbot technology.
- Provide technical support and training to stakeholders regarding chatbot usage and modifications as required.
