Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Chatbot Developer Designer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time position that involves leveraging cutting-edge chatbot technologies and designing intelligent conversational solutions to enhance customer engagement. The candidate will work within a dynamic environment that thrives on technological advancement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Bot Framework (Mandatory skill) is essential for designing and developing sophisticated chatbot solutions.
- Proficiency in creating chatbots that facilitate natural conversations, highlighting expertise in Microsoft Bot Framework, Chatbots, and Dialogflow (Mandatory skill).
- A strong understanding of natural language processing methodologies to facilitate seamless human-computer interactions.
- Experience in API Integration to ensure robust connectivity and data exchange between systems and chatbots.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an agile environment and iterate on design ideas quickly and efficiently.
- Problem-solving skills combined with innovative thinking to address user requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
- Capacity to work collaboratively in a team setting, supporting broader project goals and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, essential for translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders meaningfully.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing chatbot applications using Microsoft Bot Framework, ensuring functionality aligns with business objectives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into intuitive conversational designs.
- Refining and iterating design methodologies to optimize user experience and engagement with the chatbots.
- Integrating various APIs to ensure seamless data flow and enhanced chatbot capabilities.
- Implementing natural language processing algorithms to enable chatbots to respond accurately to user inquiries.
- Conducting regular testing and updates to ensure chatbot performance maintains high standards of reliability and accuracy.
- Providing documentation and support for deployments, assisting with debugging and troubleshooting processes.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement and innovation of chatbot solutions and user interaction strategies.
