We are seeking a Junior Chatbot Developer Designer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time position that involves leveraging cutting-edge chatbot technologies and designing intelligent conversational solutions to enhance customer engagement. The candidate will work within a dynamic environment that thrives on technological advancement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Bot Framework (Mandatory skill) is essential for designing and developing sophisticated chatbot solutions.
• Proficiency in creating chatbots that facilitate natural conversations, highlighting expertise in Microsoft Bot Framework, Chatbots, and Dialogflow (Mandatory skill).
• A strong understanding of natural language processing methodologies to facilitate seamless human-computer interactions.
• Experience in API Integration to ensure robust connectivity and data exchange between systems and chatbots.
• Demonstrated ability to work in an agile environment and iterate on design ideas quickly and efficiently.
