Qualifications and Skills
- 4-6 years of experience in Chatbot Development and Design
- Proficiency in Chatbot Solutions and Conversational AI technologies
- Experience with Microsoft Bot Framework and WhatsApp chatBot development
- Knowledge of Conversational AI chatbot design and implementation
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and design chatbots for structured business transactions over messaging channels
- Orchestrate end-to-end fulfillment via digital customer journeys with intelligent business process automation
- Implement menu-driven flows, intent-driven communications, and seamless transfer to live agents for hyper-personalization
- Create dynamic rich cards to enhance user experience and improve customer loyalty
- Collaborate with teams across banking, insurance, retail, logistics, healthcare, and other industries
