- Experience as a Chatbot Developer and Designer
- Proficiency in Chatbot Solutions and Conversational AI technologies
- Familiarity with Microsoft Bot Framework, Yellow AI, and Kore AI
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and design chatbots for implementing structured customer engagements on messaging channels
- Orchestrate end-to-end fulfilment via digital customer journeys over messaging channels
- Utilize Conversational AI and NLP engines for intent-driven communications
- Work on menu-driven flows and dynamic rich cards for hyper-personalization
- Collaborate with teams to enhance user experience and customer loyalty
