Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Chatbot Developer to join our team at Twixor. This full-time role is based in our dynamic Singapore office. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in developing chatbot solutions and integrating APIs. You will work closely with a team of experts in using technologies like Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, and Amazon Lex to empower our customers with cutting-edge conversational AI solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Dialogflow for creating conversational interfaces (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with APIs Integration to enable seamless communication between systems (Mandatory skill).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Bot Framework to build and connect intelligent bots (Mandatory skill).
- Strong knowledge in Python for developing efficient automation scripts and applications.
- Understanding of Natural Language Processing to enhance chatbot interactions and customer engagement.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Lex in building conversational interfaces using voice and text.
- Ability to implement Machine Learning Algorithms to optimize and personalize chat responses and interactions.
- Competency in JavaScript for enhancing front-end functionalities and user interactions in web-based applications.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy chatbot solutions that cater to various industries like banking, retail, and healthcare.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate chatbots with existing business processes and systems.
- Utilize NLP engines to enhance AI-driven communications and customer interactions.
- Optimize chatbots to ensure a seamless transition between automated interaction and human agents when required.
- Continuously monitor and update chatbot functionalities to improve user experience and engagement.
- Assist in the development of menu-driven flows for customers to easily navigate and access the services they need.
- Implement dynamic rich cards and interactive elements to improve the overall customer journey.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and integrate innovative solutions into chatbot design and functionalities.
