Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Chatbot Developer to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time role that requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intelligent chatbot solutions using cutting-edge technology and will play a vital role in designing and implementing chatbots to engage customers effectively.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in developing chatbots on any platform is a must to ensure you can effectively execute projects. (Mandatory skill)
  • Expertise in Dialogflow is required to build scalable and intelligent chatbot applications. (Mandatory skill)
  • Experience with Microsoft Bot Framework to create adaptable and competent chatbot solutions. (Mandatory skill)
  • Solid understanding of Natural Language Processing to handle complex language data and improve bot interactions.
  • Knowledge of Rasa for configuring robust and flexible conversational AI experiences.
  • Proficiency in Node.js for building efficient and scalable backend services for chatbot functionalities.
  • Familiarity with Speech Recognition technology to enhance voice-based interaction capabilities of chatbots.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs to integrate various services and enhance bot performance.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain chatbot applications using industry-standard frameworks and technologies.
  • Collaborate with design and business teams to understand requirements and deliver effective conversational solutions.
  • Implement natural language understanding solutions to enable intent-driven interactions.
  • Work on enhancing chatbot capabilities with seamless integration of third-party APIs.
  • Optimize chatbot performance continuously based on user feedback and analytics data.
  • Ensure a high-quality user experience by refining conversation flows and improving response accuracy.
  • Research and integrate the latest AI and NLP advancements into chatbot frameworks to maintain innovation.
  • Provide technical support and training to internal teams to ensure effective use of chatbot functionalities.
