Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Chatbot Developer to join our team in Chennai for a full-time position. Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of experience in building chatbots and be adept in using Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, and other platforms. The role demands a strong understanding of natural language processing and related technologies to augment our messaging solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in Dialogflow with hands-on experience in developing scalable chatbots (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with Microsoft Bot Framework for building AI conversational interfaces (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated experience in chatbot development across any platform is a must (Mandatory skill).
- Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) technologies and applications.
- Competence in TensorFlow and machine learning models for enhancing chatbot capabilities.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to ensure robust and seamless backend integration with chatbots.
- Ability to develop intuitive, menu-driven dialogue flows and seamless user experiences.
- Understanding of customer engagement and digital transformation processes in IT services.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create efficient and scalable chatbot solutions using Dialogflow and Microsoft Bot Framework.
- Implement natural language processing techniques to enhance conversational engagement.
- Integrate chatbots with various messaging platforms like WhatsApp, FB Messenger, and Telegram.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize digital customer journeys.
- Develop rich, dynamic interactions for users to improve overall experience and satisfaction.
- Ensure seamless transition between chatbot-driven interactions and live agent handoffs.
- Employ machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow, for continuous chatbot optimization.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of chatbot-related processes and strategies.
